Kegs arrived quickly via FedEx 2 day shipping. Opened box to find an information sheet explaining warranty process for any issues. Both kegs appeared to be in pretty good condition with no visible dents or markings on the outside. One did have a slight gap between the rubber base and the keg (compared to other kegs I have). Both were holding slight pressure from shipping. I opened the lids to inspect inside the keg and both were clean, but one did have a golf ball sized dent in the base. I read the condition descriptions before purchase and while I don’t see this being a problem for my usage, I was slightly disappointed.
It should be noted that although you are ordering two kegs, you only receive one o-ring kit. I honestly thought I would get one for each keg, but it does state that you get a 5 piece kit (one set).
Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, you may find them for the same price elsewhere, but I picked up these two on a free shipping sale and they threw in a free o-ring kit. I’ve got two batches in my primary fermenters right now that I will put in these to try them out, and if all goes well, I’d be happy to give them a 5 star review and buy more when I need them!
