Stainless steel 15-gallon brew kettle with a superior design and pro-grade features. Unlike regular (yeah, cheap) kitchen kettles, our brew kettle heats evenly and cleans easily. Coupled with full induction compatibility, you’ll get nothing but consistent (and consistently excellent) brewing results.

Flexible design makes it easy to add on items to your kettle. The valve is a perfect fit for our bazooka screen, and the 1/2″ port above the valve (with plug included) is ready for our temperature probe bulkhead or your favorite add-on.

This brew kettle features:

• 18-gauge 304 food-grade stainless steel with premium brushed finish
• Optimal height-to-width ratio of 1.2:1. The best for flavor and also as boil performance
• High-quality, 3-piece full stainless steel, weldless ball valve for a lifetime of use and easy cleaning. 1/2″ NPT internal thread to easily add a bazooka screen, pickup tube, or false bottom.
• Weldless port above the ball valve for your thermometer or equally essential accessories
• Tri-clad bottom of layered stainless steel and aluminum guarantees even heat as well as compatibility with all heat sources
• Extra-thick silicone handles for cool, safe grip on kettle and lid
• Heavy-duty side handle rivets
• The lid rests on the side handle for quick access
• Laser-etched internal measure marks
